I called Dun-Right because the reviews had been positive and my wife and I were looking for a plumber to help us with an issue with draining in the main drain connecting our front half bath, kitchen sink, and dishwasher. Bill responded quickly and we made an appointment based on my convenience, and he was able to diagnose and quote the issue within minutes. He came back the next day, which was a Saturday, and had us up and running again within a few hours. Although we loved the pricing, the efficiency and the quality of work, our favorite part about working with Bill was how friendly, courteous and understanding he is. He was a pleasure to work with and we will gladly call him again if we ever have any need.

Called Bill when I saw water dripping from overhead electrical light fixture in bathroom and he came out within 10 minutes and found found problem, repaired it, and was gone within 1 hour! Now that is what I call good service! And price was good too!

Bill installed a new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater that I had purchased several weeks prior. He arrived on time on the scheduled date with all necessary materials on hand. He had a courteous demeanor and kept the area around the install as clean as possible. The installation took around 3 hours start to finish and the new heater is functioning as intended. His work was inspected the next day without issue. I would not hesitate to call on Bill again for my plumbing needs!

Friday morning and our hot water heater died. Called Bill at Dun-RIGHT and he came over as soon as he could that morning. Courteous, polite, knowledgeable and skilled! Bill was great, he assessed the situation, –tried to see if the old water heater could be repaired–and when it was apparent it was beyond its years and repair was not possible, he gave me options on replacing it with something new. He did great work, cleaned up after himself and charged a very fair price. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dun-RIGHT plumbing. In fact we want Bill to replace our ancient oil fired boiler with a new efficient gas boiler in the fall.

Bill at Dun Right Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater. Very neat and thorough job. When I called for an estimate he was very honest and knowledgeable about my options. Very fast response time and great communication. A part on my new water heater was broken from the factory and he went right out to get a replacement part for it instead of me having to return it to the store I bought it from. Bill replaced our water heater in February of 2016. Last week it started tripping the circuit breaker. I left a message on his voice mail to ask him to come out and have a look at it. He literally called me back within an hour on a Saturday morning. By Monday afternoon I had a new thermostat installed to replace the faulty one. Great service!

When our four year old water heater decided to stop working Sunday night I was looking for a plumber. I called Dun Right to make a Monday appointment. I expected to get an answering machine and was surprised when he answered.He agreed to come late Monday afternoon and take a look at it. He promptly arrived when he said he would be there. He said I would need a new gas valve and that he would not be able to get the part until the next day due to supply store closing.He arrived the next morning at the exact time he said he would be there and he kept me posted on his arrival time. He swiftly got my water heater working again and even got the gas valve to be covered under warranty.Bill is very personable, did a professional job, left a clean work space, had reasonable fees and did an excellent job of communicating throughout the whole process. Bill did an outstanding job on a major home renovation for us. The work included two bathroom s: i.e. complete remodeling master bath and one other bath from the studs out, wall paper removal and repainting dining room, large entry foyer and hallways and bedroom repainting. My husband and I just moved to North Attleboro, and we were having a hard time finding a residential plumber we could count on -- we found Bill through some great reviews on Angie's List. He was quick to respond and made himself available to come out quickly. He evaluated all three plumbing issues we had, including a burst pipe in the garage, a missing water shut-off valve n the basement, and a toilet that would not stop running and gave us a reasonable price up front. He and his apprentice went right to work and were on their way within an hour or so. When the toilet still proved to be an issue (we had two other plumbers work on it before Bill so clearly not an easy fix), I called him back, and he came out on a Saturday morning, around our schedule, to look at it again. And, now, no more running! I would highly recommend Dun-RIGHT -- very professional, reasonable, and pleasant to work with.

Bill was amazing. My furnace broke on a Sunday when it was 35 degrees outside. After calling five different places, I finally got a place that answered the phone. That was Bill of Done Right plumbing.Some things about Bill you should know: He answers his phone promptly and personally. He calls you back when he says he is going to call you back. He arrives on time. He is very thorough, and talks to you in terms you can understand. He will not stop until your problem is fixed.There were several things wrong with my furnace, and it took a while to get it up and running.
