Bill responded quickly and we made an appointment based on my convenience, and he was able to diagnose and quote the issue within minutes. He came back the next day, which was a Saturday, and had us up and running again within a few hours. Bill was great, he assessed the situation, –tried to see if the old water heater could be repaired–and when it was apparent it was beyond its years and repair was not possible, he gave me options on replacing it with something new. Bill’s work included the carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical work, and fixture ordering and installation.Bill works very quickly and inspires confidence. He was particularly accommodating to our schedule and needs. He sat down and planned the entire project with us and offered great counsel on fixture choices etc. Where we owned certain obligations for material, he spelled that out and made recommendations that fit our tastes. Bill is extremely meticulous and is driven for perfection- he treats his work as if it were for his own home. He very familiar with the latest fashions and is extremely helpful in the many design choices and options which need to be considered. What we especially appreciated was Bill willingness to adapt to small changes on our part without a hassle or conflict.Bill is true to his estimates and project schedule and even when we had delays in certain product deliveries on our part, Bill worked around them to keep the project moving. I called Dun Right to make a Monday appointment. I expected to get an answering machine and was surprised when he answered.He agreed to come late Monday afternoon and take a look at it. He promptly arrived when he said he would be there. He said I would need a new gas valve and that he would not be able to get the part until the next day due to supply store closing.He arrived the next morning at the exact time he said he would be there and he kept me posted on his arrival time. He swiftly got my water heater working again and even got the gas valve to be covered under warranty.Bill is very personable, did a professional job, left a clean work space, had reasonable fees and did an excellent job of communicating throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond and made himself available to come out quickly. He evaluated all three plumbing issues we had, including a burst pipe in the garage, a missing water shut-off valve n the basement, and a toilet that would not stop running and gave us a reasonable price up front. He and his apprentice went right to work and were on their way within an hour or so. When the toilet still proved to be an issue (we had two other plumbers work on it before Bill so clearly not an easy fix), I called him back, and he came out on a Saturday morning, around our schedule, to look at it again. And, now, no more running! I would highly recommend Dun-RIGHT -- very professional, reasonable, and pleasant to work with. read less

That was Bill of Done Right plumbing.Some things about Bill you should know: He answers his phone promptly and personally. He calls you back when he says he is going to call you back. He arrives on time. He is very thorough, and talks to you in terms you can understand.
